Appointment Terms and Conditions

• Reschedule of appointments allowed with 16 hrs notice
• Failure to give notice of non-attendance forfeits a session
• No refund if all sessions not used
• Unused sessions are transferable to another person
• Counselling packages expire after 6 months from the date of purchase
