Overanalysing your routines, habits, decisions, or thoughts are called overthinking. Overthinking is the act of taking the facts and adding to them until you have created a new problem that didn’t exist in the first place.

The further you go down the rabbit hole that harder it is to get back out and the worst everything looks and becomes.
